Order Information

The minimum wholesale requirement for all online orders $100. Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation by phone, fax, or email provided. Shoes in stock are shipped within 24 hours; otherwise, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping rates vary depending on quantity, weight, and dimensions of your order.


Customer Guarantee

We at Reflection Shoes inspect each and every pair of shoes before shipping to ensure the quality of your purchase. We stand behind our products 100% and will fix or replace any defected product free of charge if discrepancies are reported 15 days of shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Improper use of these shoes could result in broken straps, leather or fabric scars or tears, paint scratches, heel and tips break. These mishaps can be repaired for a fee plus shipping. Also note that all sizes are shown in U.S. sizes. All shoes are available in full sizes only. Heel heights given are an approximate measurement and may vary on larger sizes.


Return Policy

You may return an item for refund or exchange within 15 days of shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee except for goods returned due to manufacturing defects within the 15 days. When you return and item, please indicate the reason for the return and contact us prior to shipment for return. If you want to exchange and item, please contact us with the appropriate specifications of the order number, desired style number, color, and size.

All returns due to Reflection Shoes shipping error or a manufacturing defect must be shipped via UPS Ground, or standard U.S. Postal Service. If returns are shipped via and other methods, only applicable UPS Ground freight rate will be credited. Receipts by Reflection Shoes of a refused package, without prior notice, are considered a request to cancel all outstanding orders. All refused shipments will result in a 15% restocking charge plus freight costs incurred. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on worn or damaged shoes. Shoes must be in their original undamaged shoe boxes.


Credit Issuance Policy

Full credit will be only given on goods returned due to the manufacturing defect within 15 days. Reflection Shoes will also reimburse the applicable shipping charge to the customer. In no event shall our liability extend beyond the full credit and the shipping charge. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipment or replacement merchandise is limited to UPS Ground only. Refunds will be in the form of a company check or credit card credit, for all payment methods. No credit will be given until the returned merchandise has been inspected and evaluated by Reflection Shoes. For detailed information on how to return your defective shoes, please contact us.
