Our default payment method is Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Please inquire if you seek Net Terms and have a good credit standing.

ORDER INFORMATION

There is a minimum wholesale requirement of $150.00 for orders. You will receive confirmation by phone, email, or fax once your order has been received. We will debit your credit card for the amount of the placed orders. Most of the orders are shipped within 5-10 working days from confirmation of the order. The maximum delivery time is 4 weeks.

CUSTOMER GUARANTEE

We at Reflection Shoes inspect each and every pair of shoes before shipping to ensure the quality of your purchase. We stand behind our products and will fix or replace any defected product free of charge if discrepancies are reported within 15 days of receiving shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: Improper use of shoes could result in, but not limited to, broken straps, leather or fabric scars or tears, paint scratches, and heel and tips break. These mishaps can be repaired for a fee plus shipping. Also note that all sizes are shown in U.S. sizes. All shoes are available in full sizes only. Heel heights given are an approximate measurement and may vary on larger sizes.

RETURN POLICY

You may return an item for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee except for shoes returned due to manufacturing defects within 15 days of receipt by customer. When returning an item, please indicate the reason for the return and contact us prior to return shipment. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us with information on what you wish to exchange for. All returns due to shipping error or a manufacturing defect must be shipped via UPS Ground. If returns are shipped via other methods, only applicable UPS Ground freight rate will be credited. Receipts by Reflection Shoes of a refused package without prior notice will be considered a request to cancel all outstanding orders and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on worn or damaged shoes. Shoes must be in their original undamaged shoe boxes.

CREDIT INSURANCE POLICY

Full credit will only be given on goods returned due to manufacturing defect within 15 days of receipt. In no event shall our liability extend beyond the full credit. You may want to insure your return: we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipment of replacement merchandise is limited to UPS Ground only. Refunds will be in the form of a company check or a credit card credit. No credit will be given until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by Reflection Shoes.
